Eleanor Rietkerk is the senior pastor of Mill Creek Community Church. Eleanor has been part of this church since its inception in 1989. With the support of her husband Bill, Eleanor answered God's call to ministry. After graduating from Seattle Pacific University and Fuller Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree, Eleanor had the opportunity to become an associate pastor of MCCC. She then became the lead pastor in 1997. Her passion for MCCC is to be a community where people of all ages and backgrounds experience the love, acceptance and forgiveness of Jesus Christ.
Ladan Jennings is the executive pastor of Mill Creek Community Church. After graduating from the University of Washington, she received a Master of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. She was born in Iran, so she has a heart for evangelism and sharing the gospel with those who do not know Jesus. She is committed to discipleship by extending love, care, and hope of our Lord to everyone. She and her husband, Fred, and their two children have attended MCCC since 2001.
Jeff Fisher is the worship coordinator and one of the youth leaders at Mill Creek Community Church. He graduated from the University of Washington with a history degree in 2005 and is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Fuller Theological Seminary. When he is not working at the church, Jeff enjoys playing the guitar and following the progress of the Seahawks, Mariners, and Huskies.
Carla and her family have attended Mill Creek Community Church since 2002. She is grateful for the opportunity to use her experience volunteering with children and her administrative background to serve in ministry.
